Marbles

By both doors in our office, we have jars of green, yellow, and red marbles. Each day, every Titan picks a color that represents how their day went (green was good, yellow could've been better, red was an all out firestorm of ecommerce chaos). They drop it in the big jar that represents the entire year from all of Irish Titan. Darin counts every marble and gives us the breakdown at the holiday party. We've had red heavy years, we've had high greens, but it's a daily reminder to drop a marble and let that day go.
