Our Culture

We like to say 'company culture is what happens between the meetings'. So there's a lot we could write about what makes our culture, maybe it's flying beef sticks at our All-Titan weekly meetings, flexible schedule or unlimited PTO policy. Rope-ladder-rooftop-happy-hours, custom hot sauces and whiskey blending, a STRONG culture of making fun of Darin, a weird love of KISS, or a dress code policy that starts and ends with 'absolutely no sweatpant shorts'.

The rule that we follow for corporate culture is "We take our work seriously but we refuse to take ourselves seriously."

The Digital Project Manager will play a prominent role in Irish Titan furthering our Project Management practice. You will be integral in managing and driving web design/development projects. You will work with strategic, creative, and technical teams and will be responsible for delivering projects on-time and on-budget. To be successful you need to have a positive attitude, be deadline-driven and have meticulous attention to detail. Bonus points for being obsessively organized.

Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital strategies and the execution of a broad range of marketing initiatives to help our clients achieve their business goals.
