Xperitas is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to promoting global citizenship through authentic immersion experiences. Xperitas offers programs that embody true language and cultural immersion, inspire personal connections with diverse individuals and communities worldwide and provide transformational experiences for our participants.
Xperitas was born from two distinct and separate organizations: Intercultural Student Experiences (ISE) and Global Citizens Network. Both organizations specialize in immersive travel experiences and global learning. Their independent digital footprints, while functional, were not well positioned to take on the other’s features and functionality. They sought a partner to create an entirely new platform, equipped with robust CMS capabilities, updated branding and messaging, and new site features
The Xperitas website is complex, heavily branded, and a one-stopshop for key Xperitas personas. Because the Xperitas brand evolved from two organizations both having different key personas (ISE was geared toward students wanting to enroll in an exchange program and Global Citizens Network was geared towards families, educators, students, and global citizens who wanted to volunteer), the new site had to cater to both audiences.
Implementing a content strategy was a key factor in ensuring the Xperitas value proposition and offering was clear. We structured the site to house content appropriately, making it easy for Xperitas personnel to update and manage and simple for site visitors to search for the correct information.
