    Digital Strategy

    Founded in 2000, FunkyChunky creates indulgent, delectable confections that have come to be called “the ultimate chocolate experience”. Artisan-crafted in small batches and made exclusively on location at their store in Edina, FunkyChunky keeps quality as the foundation for all that they do. Their inventive flavors are created using only natural, real ingredients, like creamy butter and brown sugar, which guarantees their freshness and quality.  And with a mission to exceed expectations, FunkyChunky confections taste as good as they look.

    Their former website was dated, and Funky Chunky was in need of an ecommerce partner that would help them keep the site up-to-date. Enter Irish Titan. We developed an entirely new ecommerce platform on their behalf, utilizing much of Magento's core functionality in the process, ultimately helping to boost conversions and sales. We also leveraged additional Magento extensions on their behalf, such as the Shipworks extension to make their order processing and updates more efficient.

    Following the launch of the ecommerce site, we also engaged with Funky Chunky on a robust digital strategy campaign that began with a digital audit, in which we conducted an in-depth analysis of their existing analytics and industry opportunity. From there, we created the digital roadmap that identified which digital strategy activities would be most beneficial to their business goals. Ultimately, those activities incorporated on-site promotions management, social media campaign management, email campaign management, paid media management, and analytics and reporting.
