I’ve been on the operations side of small businesses since high school, and after graduating with a degree in Business Management, I found I have an innate capacity for organization, multi-tasking and foreseeing the needs of my employer and co-workers so I’ve honed those abilities to become an all-around office admin extraordinaire. Which did earn me the nickname of Radar from a former boss!

It means that we take the time to listen to what the clients’ needs, wants and desires are for their business. We take the time to ask questions and to listen to the answers. We take the time to make certain that the client wants a partnership instead of “just doing business’ to ensure that it’s a win-win for everyone involved. From there, we rock it out and grow our client’s business!
