Digital Support Project Manager

The Digital Support Project Manager will manage and drive web design, web development, and digital strategy tasks on a daily basis. This includes collaboration with strategy, creative and technical teams while being responsible for overseeing and delivering ongoing support work with a focus on time and budget. You will be involved in client interactions and exposed to shaping and scoping Irish Titan efforts. You will be expected to invest in developing a knowledge of industry best practices for project management. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive delivery of tasks/projects to be on time, on budget, and with the functionality specified by the clients as well as your ability to communicate effectively across departments and your adherence to POTIS.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Direct oversight and tactical responsibility for all ongoing digital support management efforts
  • Active participation in weekly Digital Project Management meetings
  • Effectively communicating verbally and in writing with both clients and fellow Titans, including design, development and marketing issues, progress and questions
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities to simultaneously field incoming support requests from multiple clients as well as simultaneously coordinating incoming support requests with outgoing support updates
  • Effectively conduct Quality Assurance for all support tasks before they are presented to the client as complete
  • Regular time tracking, task management setup, client communications and status updates
  • Establish best practices to facilitate future Ongoing Digital Support Management efforts

  • 1-2 years of Project Management or Project Coordinator experience
  • Proven capabilities to work within a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to timely and effective communication, and multi-tasking proficiency
  • Understanding of current best practices and a hunger for the ever-present change in the digital industry
  • Fluent in Google tools,Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and/or digital agency environments a plus
